Overview
目的 分析供受者匹配HLA分布频率与肾移植术后长期存活之间的关系,以揭示匹配HLA位点对移植效果的不同影响.方法 采用HLA血清学分型方法,比较分析肾移植术后存活10年以上患者和10年以下患者供受者匹配HLA分布频率的差异.结果 490例存活10年以上的肾移植术后患者,供受者匹配HLA A位点A2、B5、B35和DR9抗原分布频率显著高于存活10年以下患者（259例）.然而,HLA B位点B13、B46抗原在存活10年以上供受者匹配HLA的分布频率显著低于存活10年以下患者.结论 供受者HLA-A2、B5、B35和DR9抗原相容的移植,可能有益于肾移植受者的长期存活.
