西藏珞巴族15个STR位点遗传多态性研究

Overview
目的 选择具有高度遗传多态性与稳定性的15个STR位点，进行西藏珞巴族、拉萨藏族、昌都藏族与亚洲其他人群的遗传关系分析。方珐收集西藏珞巴族、拉萨和昌都藏族无关个体血样，利用AmpF／STRIdentifiler试剂对样本DNA进行多重PCR扩增，产物在ABI3100遗传分析仪上进行毛细管电泳和基因扫描及分型，并结合文献资料与中国其他21个民族群体、亚洲6个人群进行比较，绘制遗传树，分析西藏各民族与其他亚洲人群间的遗传关系。结果 八个汉族群体首先聚类，广西五个民族首先聚类，两者共同与西藏珞巴族、拉萨藏族和昌都藏族聚类后，再与中华其他民族聚类，最后与亚洲6个人群及中国维吾尔族聚类。砖论研究结果与各人群地理分布和历史基本一致，为研究珞巴族和藏族的起源、迁移、形成和发展提供遗传学依据。
