Overview
目的探讨子宫内膜超声形态与性激素的关系。方法30例有正常排卵功能的育龄妇女，于尿中黄体生成素(LH)阳性日经阴道超声确定子宫内膜超声形态类型。按Gonen等子宫内膜超声形态的分型标准分为A、B、C三组。于月经周期第3天、尿LH阳性日和排卵后第6～7天放免法测定血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)水平。结果卵泡早期及围排卵期的血清E2浓度：A组>B组>C组，A、C组间有统计学差异(P<0．05)；围排卵期LH和黄体中期血清P浓度为：A组>B组>C组，A、B组与C组间均有显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论围排卵期子宫内膜呈现不同的超声形态与雌激素的增殖效应、内膜分泌转化有关。
