Overview
患者女性,25岁。主因抽搐、发热伴意识障碍16 d,于2015年7月25日入院。患者入院前20 d旅游归来先后出现亢奋、言语增多,以及抑郁症状和悲观情绪,伴呕吐、睡眠障碍和小便失禁;睡眠中偶有抽搐发作（牙关紧闭、面色青紫、口吐白沫）,持续约5 min,并出现发热（37.8℃）、意识模糊等症状,当地医院具体诊断与治疗过程不详。
