西安地区汉族男性儿童期、青春期及成人期性激素正常范围的建立

Overview
目的 建立西安地区男性儿童期、青春期及成人期性激素正常参考值范围.方法 2010年6月至2011年5月 在西安市分别随机抽取298例6～11岁正常男性儿童,117例12～17岁青春期男性,及60例成年男性的血清,采用电化学发光免疫分析法测定睾酮(t)、雌二醇(e2)、孕酮(p)、促卵泡素(fsh)、促黄体生成素(lh)及垂体泌乳素(prl)的水平.以5～95百分位数估计正常参考范围,建立本地区正常参考值范围.结果 除prl及fsh外,各项激素在健康男性儿童期、青春期及成人均有显著性差异.结论 随着检测方法的改进,健康儿童、青少年及成人血清性激素也在发生改变,建立e2、p、prl、lh、fsh及t正常值能更好地指导临床对性早熟等疾病的诊断.
