Overview
以农业信息服务元单位三方博弈分析为基础,对元单位数量为n（n≥2）时农业信息服务中涉农政府、元单位和涉农企业三方进行博弈分析。分析结果表明元单位数量的变化不仅会引起博弈均衡的变化;同时,元单位对企业投资的竞争使得企业投资规模发生变化,最终引发县镇政府和元单位政府的政策分歧。以此解释了农业信息服务中存在的“最后一公里问题”——农业信息服务的“地方保护主义”。
