Overview
患者 男，58岁，因间断痰血、胸闷、憋气1个月，于2003年2月10日入院。查体无阳性体征。胸部X线片未发现明显肿块。胸部CT示：左支气管壁增厚，并有结节突向腔内，左下肺见斑片影，纵隔内未见肿大淋巴结影。纤维支气管镜检查示：左肺下叶支气管开口处见息肉样新生物，表面有白色苔膜，触之易出血。于2003年3月14日在全麻下行左肺下叶袖式切除术，手术顺利。术后病理诊断为：左肺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。
