Overview
患者男，48岁，无明显诱因出现低热乏力20天入院，体温37．5～37．8℃，无咳嗽、咯血、胸痛、气促。抗炎治疗（具体用药用法用量不详）后症状消失，但治疗前后胸部X线片所示右肺下叶片状密度增高影变化不大。查体：营养中等，双肺呼吸音清晰，未闻及干湿啰音。CT示：右肺下叶外基底段肿块，有空泡征、毛刺征及毛细血管集束征。纤维支气管镜未发现异常。术前诊断右肺下叶周围型肺癌可能性大。于2005年11月29日行右肺下叶切除加系统的淋巴结清扫术，术中见肿瘤位于右肺下叶外基底段，约8cm×7cm×8cm大小，未侵及脏层胸膜，第2、3、4、7、9、10组淋巴结肿大。术后病理报告为：低度恶性粘膜相关淋巴组织B细胞淋巴瘤（MALT淋巴瘤，惰性）；各组淋巴结均未见肿瘤转移；
