Overview
为评价东北林蛙(Rana dybowskii)的耐寒性及其适应低温能力,并为其养殖、运输和暂养提供参考数据,本研究分别测定了25℃、4℃和0℃驯养条件下东北林蛙的过冷却点和结冰点。结果显示,东北林蛙过冷却点最低可达-2.6℃,最高为-1.4℃; 结冰点最低可达-2.3℃,最高为-1.2℃; 低温驯化可显著降低东北林蛙结冰点。基于本试验结果和相关文献分析表明,经过低温驯化的东北林蛙可通过升高血糖维持在-2℃左右的过冷却状态,其耐寒对策为避免冰冻; 在东北林蛙的人工养殖越冬、暂养、运输过程中,应尽量控制在-1℃以上以防冻死或降低其食用品质。
