Overview
本研究基于六要素的直接观察法和问卷调查法对欧美日象牙贸易状况进行了市场调查，并综合分析了欧美日本公约禁贸前后象牙贸易的情况及其象牙贸易管制的现状。结果发现：（1）欧洲内部象牙存量巨大，相关市场管制措施松散，参与全球非法象牙贸易源头、中转、消费三大环节；（2）美国象牙存量巨大，其大象纪念物狩猎管制措施未能基于当地非洲象种群现实情况，而且间接加剧了大象盗猎的行为；（3）日本象牙市场存量巨大，相关管制较为严密但仍有显著漏洞。并且根据三地不同的情况分别给出了一些具体措施与建议。
