山西阳城蟒河猕猴国家级自然保护区两栖爬行动物多样性及保护

Overview
为了进一步了解山西阳城蟒河猕猴国家级自然保护区两栖爬行类资源现状，于2018年4—10月对蟒河保护区两栖爬行类资源进行了专项调查。通过对18条样线、7个样点的实际调查，并参考相关文献，共记录两栖爬行动物40种，其中两栖动物13种，隶属于2目5科10属；爬行动物27种，隶属于3目7科17属。两栖动物生态类型以陆栖-静水型最多，穴居型最少。分布型和区系分析表明，蟒河保护区两栖爬行动物以古北界物种为主，东洋界物种有较多渗透。经统计和G-F指数计算结果表明，蟒河保护区两栖爬行动物种数在山西省内处较高水平。鉴于保护区两栖爬行动物的丰富度和多样性，应采用建设生境廊道，开展自然教育等方法，加强对蟒河保护区两栖爬行动物的保护工作。
