Q958.1; 胚胎和幼体生活史的基础信息对于受威胁两栖类物种的保护至关重要.本研究在野外环境下对安吉小鲵(Hynobius amjiensis)的胚胎与幼体发育进行了详细观察,记录了其胚胎和幼体发育的各个时期以及幼体间的形态变异.结果显示:安吉小鲵的胚胎发育共分为21期,平均发育时长为34.4 d;幼体发育分为10期,平均发育时长为125.9 d.研究发现,安吉小鲵的胚胎与幼体发育模式与其他小鲵属(Hynobius)物种基本一致,但在具体形态和发育时间上存在差异.本研究不仅为安吉小鲵的繁育和保护提供了基础数据,也为未来进一步探索其发育生物学及种群复壮奠定了科学基础.
