Overview
为掌握贵州山地野猪(Sus scrofa)盲肠细菌菌群的结构功能、多样性以及菌群的地区和性别差异,揭示细菌的特异性及其与宿主的相互作用,采用16S rRNA高通量测序技术对12头贵州野猪盲肠细菌菌群进行分析,共获得有效序列59 246条,经优化后以97%相似度聚类得到1 256个OTU。结果表明:(1)不同地区和性别组间菌群多样性总体上差异均不显著,而在具体菌群组成上存在一定的差异菌属。(2)共聚类得到细菌18门278属,优势菌门为厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)等6个,优势菌属有Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005、Christensenellaceae_R-7_group和Prevotellaceae_NK3B31_group等16个。(3)LEfSe分析表明,黔东南与黔北组间存在显著差异(P<0.05)的菌群为瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus)、乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)和拟普雷沃氏菌属(Alloprevotella)等。(4)PICRUSt基因预测分析表明,野猪盲肠富集了44条代谢途径,以碳水化合物代谢途径为主,其次为氨基酸代谢途径。结合已有研究分析,贵州野猪盲肠细菌菌群多样性高于河南野猪、重庆圈养野猪及藏猪,不同地区、性别间均各自富集其核心菌群。研究结果为探究野猪肠道菌群如何与宿主相互作用、疾病预防和免疫发育提供基础资料,从而促进野猪的生理生化、保护管理和种群生态学等方面的研究。
