S857.12+4; 为探讨全身麻醉对舍饲大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)血液流变学的影响,通过右美托咪定-替来他明-唑拉西泮(dexMTZ)麻醉北京动物园4只舍饲大熊猫,采集麻醉后大熊猫的血液样本检测.结果显示:舍饲大熊猫麻醉后血液流变学部分指标较麻醉前无显著差异;全血黏度、血流阻力、纤维蛋白原和血沉方程K值、红细胞电泳时间、卡松黏度以及卡松屈服应力较麻醉前显著升高(p<0.05);血细胞和生化指标较麻醉前无显著差异.dexMTZ麻醉大熊猫后,大熊猫的血液黏度显著升高,伴随纤溶系统激活,提示麻醉有发生微循环障碍及动静脉血栓形成的可能.
