中国棱皮树蛙属新纪录种——河江棱皮树蛙

Overview
Q958.2; 2022年3月和7月,在云南省文山壮族苗族自治州西畴县文山国家级自然保护区内采集到无尾目(Anura)树蛙科(Rhacophoridae)棱皮树蛙属(Theloderma)物种成体标本2号,对形态特征进行了测量.经比对发现,所采集标本的形态特征与越南河江省发现的河江棱皮树蛙(Theloderma khoii)的形态特征基本一致.基于16S rRNA基因片段的系统发育分析结果显示,本次采集的标本与Th.khoii聚为一支,共享同一单倍型.因此,确定采集的标本为Th.khoii,为中国棱皮树蛙属新纪录种.
