西藏自治区当雄县羊八井镇高山倭蛙的种下外观多态性

Overview
Q954.3; 自然界中的许多动物,尤其是两栖类,为了避免被捕食和提高生存概率,演化出了多种多样的颜色和/或图案.为了更深入地了解高山倭蛙(Nanorana parkeri)的体色和外观多样性,在西藏自治区当雄县羊八井镇一静水湿地中(29°58′53″ N,90° 22′21″ E;海拔4 384 m)采集了345只成体高山倭蛙.根据3个可清晰辨别的特征:背底色(黄色和灰色),背中线(缺失、宽或窄),背部黑斑(存在、缺失和极少),可识别出此区域的高山倭蛙存在8种色斑形态.灰色个体比黄色个体更常见(频率分别为57.98%和42.02%);背中线存在的个体比背中线缺失的个体数量更多(频率分别为78.26%和21.74%),其中具窄背中线的个体比具宽背中线个体的数量更多(频率分别为62.32%和15.94%);存在背部黑斑的个体数量远多于背部黑斑缺失的个体数量(频率分别为82.61%和17.39%).在未来,还需进一步了解不同分布区域高山倭蛙的多态性状况以及引起多态性的分子机制,以期为探究其他两栖类物种多态性的分子机制提供参考.
