Overview
Mit dem Begriff Schulsystementwicklung wird ein zwischen Schulreform und Schulentwicklung anzusiedelnder Gegenstandsbereich der Schulentwicklungsforschung abgegrenzt. Die so zu bezeichnenden Dynamiken gehen wesentlich von sich am Schulträger konstituierenden Schnittstellen aus. Anschließend an sozialtheoretische Klärungen zeigt der Beitrag anhand empirischer Illustrationen, wie Schnittstellen zur Rationalitierung der Schulsystementwicklung beitragen. Neben den normativen Regeln bringen die beteiligten Akteure variable kulturelle Bezugsrahmen und materielle Interessen bei der Ordnung des Schulsystems zur Geltung.
