Overview
探讨分子粪便学在食性分析中的常用技术，概述了各项技术的概念、操作方法和最新进展。结果表明：分子粪便学方法在国外的动物食性研究中应用较多，与传统食性研究方法相比，利用植物DNA进行测序得到的结果更快速、更高效，并可降低动物消化率对结果的影响。建议研究者可以通过结合当地植被情况建立植物DNA条形码数据库对结果进行修正，对于近缘种植物可以采用特异性引物进行区分。
