Das Bundeskartellamt verwendet zwei Tatbestandsmerkmale zur Feststellung von Wettbewerbsmissbrauch im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, die besonders im Mittelpunkt der Kritik stehen: Verkauf unter Einstandskosten marktmächtiger Handelsunternehmen und Konditionenspreizung der Industrie zuungunsten kleinerer Betriebe. Beide Merkmale werden in diesem Beitrag einer kritischen ökonomischen Analyse unterzogen.
