البحث يتعلق بالصلاة وهي الركن الثاني بعد الشهادتين، ووجود اختلاف وتباين في آراء بين الفقهاء، ويحتاج إلى تحرير بغية الوصول للحق في هذه المسألة، وحاجة المسلمين الماسة لمعرفة الأحكام التي تتعلق بالصلاة، سيما وهي التي تتكرر في حياتهم اليومية عدة مرات، ووقوع بعض الناس في التجاوزات التي تخالف الصواب والدليل الشرعي ومن ذلك البكاء ورفع الصوت العالي الذي يشوش على المصلين في صلاتهم من غير عذر في ذلك، ابتغاء الأجر والثواب من الله تعالى في تعليم الناس العلم الشرعي، والمشاركة في بيان أمور دينهم وعباداتهم لهم، وإثراء المكتبة الإسلامية بالجديد والمفيد في هذا الباب.
