الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. أما بعد: فموضوع هذا البحث هو: \"القبول عند الأصوليين\"، وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه إلى: مقدمة- وتشمل المقدمة: أسباب اختيار الموضوع، والدراسات السابقة، وحدود البحث، وخطة البحث، ومنهج البحث-، وثلاثة مطالب، وخاتمة، وثبت للمصادر والمراجع، وفهرس بالموضوعات. والدراسة في مجملها تهدف إلى عرض المسألة عند الأصوليين، وتسليط الضوء على مصطلح القبول، وما يشتبه به من مصطلحات، كالصحة والاجزاء، والفرق بين القبول والصحة، وبين القبول والاجزاء.
