Overview
تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الهدر وفق منهجية كايزن -دراسة تطبيقية على هيئة التأمين الصحي ولاية الخرطوم 2018، وتهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أنواع الهدر ومسبباته والعمل على إزالته من خلال المراجعات الداخلية للمؤسسة عبر نماذج الكايزن وأساليب التطهير كما تعرف بال (5s) ونماذج دائرة ديمنج PDCA (خطط، نفد، حقق، أفحص) اتبع فيها الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأستخدم عدد من أدوات جمع البيانات في البحث العلمي، الملاحظة والمقابلة وصحيفة الاستبانة. وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية لعدد (50) فرد من الموظفين بهيئة التأمين الصحي تمثل مجتمع البحث بأكمله، وتم توزيع الاستبانة عن طريق الباحث شخصيا. تم تحليلها بجهاز الحاسوب بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية Statistical package for social science (spss). باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية.
