Overview
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر إعداد قادة المستقبل في دعم التميز المؤسسي بالجامعات المصرية، وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، ولقد تم تصميم أداة القياس هي (الاستبيان) وتم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية طبقية من العاملين لدى الجامعات موضع الدراسة، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار فرض الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لإعداد قادة المستقبل على دعم التميز المؤسسي، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بإعداد قادة المستقبل لما له من أثر إيجابي في دعم التميز المؤسسي لدى العاملين في الجامعات المصرية.
