Overview
ساهم التجار في الحياة الإدارية، فقد أنيطت بهم العديد من الوظائف والمهام، وذلك لما اتصف به بعض التجار من قدرات علمية وصفات أخلاقية ودينية، فأصبحوا من المقربين للسلطة ونالوا مكانة كبيرة في بلاط الأمراء، ونتيجة للمكانة الاجتماعية والسياسة التي وصلوا إليها، فقد بدأ هؤلاء يستغلون هذه المكانة للوصول إلى بعض المناصب الإدارية، وكانت الوظائف الإدارية الكبيرة في الأندلس، تسمى بــ(الخطة) فنقول مثلاً خطة القضاء... إلخ، فالخطة تعني الولايات أو النظم أو الوظائف والمناصب الكبيرة، وهي تقابل الدواوين في المشرق.
