Overview
يحاول هذا المقال إبراز دور صحيفة المدينة المنورة في إرساء قيم المواطنة بالمفهوم الحديث؛ وذلك من خلال تحليل لمحتواها بطريقة منهجية وموضوعية. فهذا المقال يفند المقولة التي مؤداها أن أصل المواطنة يوناني، فقد يكون المفهوم كمفهوم ولكن كممارسة وتطبيق على أرض الواقع فلا. فمن خلال تحليل الباحثين لنص الصحيفة توصلا إلى أنها احتوت أهم قيم المواطنة في ظل المتغيرات المجتمعية التي كانت سائدة آنذاك، وكيف أن هذه الصحيفة تجاوزتها لتصل إلى بناء مجتمع متعدد الديانات والأعراق أو مجتمع بانورامي وفسيفسائي ناجح.
