Overview
يتكون البحث من فصلين يسبقهما مقدمة وينتهيان بخاتمة، ثم ثبت بالمصادر والمراجع، يليه فهرس للموضوعات. أما المقدمة: فتحدثت فيها عن الموضوع وأهميته وسبيلي إلى تناوله، وأما الفصل الأول: فجاء بعنوان (الشنفرى وشواهده الشعرية) وهو مبحثان: الأول: جاء بعنوان (الشنفرى الأزدي سيرة ذاتية). والثاني: جاء بعنوان (الشاهد الشعري عند الشنفرى وأهميته في الاستدلال). وأما الفصل الثاني: فجمعت فيه الأبيات الشعرية التي استشهد بها النحاة من شعر الشنفرى، موضحا ما بها من شواهد نحوية أو صرفية. ثم كانت الخاتمة وتحدثت فيها عما توصل إليه البحث. ثم ثبت المصادر والمراجع، ثم جاء فهرس الموضوعات؛ لييسر على القارئ الاستفادة المثلى من البحث بمعرفة محتوياته.
