Overview
This article is a study of the notion of subjectivity on a topical subject: the royal decree allowing the Saudi woman driving. Through a semantic-semiotic approach, we asked an important question: Is there a subjectivity of Occident by addressing a news regarding not only the Middle-East, but also a feminist cause? Or on the contrary treatment of the topic is objective in its different aspects. Our corpus has three axes related to three types of different media having treated the same subject: online articles, online French drawings and advertising.
