Overview
تناولت هذه الدراسة مستوى إدراك محددات الدعم التنظيمي بمديرية البريد والمواصلات بالجلفة، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (30) موظفا، من أصل مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (122) موظف. حيث استخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وتم توزيع الاستبيان عشوائيا على مختلف العاملين في مديرية البريد والمواصلات بالجلفة، وعلى اختلاف مستوياتهم التنظيمية.
