Overview
عملا بحق الأفراد في الانتقال المكفول في المواثيق الدولية والتشريعات الداخلية، وانطلاقا من حق الدولة في بسط قوانينها على إقليمها ومنع كل من لا ترغب في دخوله لترابها، اهتمت أوربا كاتحاد وكدول في البحث عن حلول جوهرية، تحقق التوازن بين المصالح واحترام الحقوق والحريات. على هذا الأساس، يحاول هذا العمل البحث في آلية من الآليات المتخذة لمعالجة الهجرة غير النظامية نحو أوربا، وهي إنشاء مراكز احتجاز إدارية، بهدف معرفة جدوى هذه الآليات، ومدى احترامها للحريات والحقوق الإنسانية للمهاجرين غير النظاميين.
