Overview
The study deals with the authority of the administration to amend the terms of the contract as an exceptional condition that is a characteristic of the administrative contract, but this is limited by the fact that the amendment does not affect the priority of the contractor in the order of his bid. Which is of the nature of the original business, and which is not mentioned in the contract. In the event of modification of the terms of the contract, the contractor has the right to add a period for the execution of the additional works and to be entitled to additional works at the same prices as the original works.
