يعتبر الاستثمار في مجال العقار الصناعي جوهر عملية التنمية الاقتصادية، وكثيرا ما تثور نزاعات الاستثمار بين الدولة المضيفة والمستثمرين الأجانب، وقد يفشل قضاء الدولة المضيفة في إنصاف حقوق المستثمر الأجنبي، مما يوجب اللجوء إلى التحكيم الدولي بوصفه وسيلة ودية محايدة لتسوية المنازعات التي تنشأ عن مثل هذه العقود بما يتلاءم مع طبيعتها، حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح منازعات العقار الصناعي بالجزائر وعلاقتها بالتحكيم الدولي كطريق بديل لتسوية المنازعات.
