Overview
الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو اكتشاف العلاقة بين ظاهرتي التهرب الضريبي والفساد في ظل قانون الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، حيث ينبغي علينا في البداية محاولة تشخيص كل ظاهرة على حدي، وذلك بوضع إطار مفاهيمي يشمل تعريف وأسباب كل منهما مع مراعاة التمييز بين أشكال وأنماط كل ظاهرة من أجل تفكيك هذه العلاقة وحل روابطها لإيجاد نتائجها. وبهذا المفهوم تظهر لنا أسس ومرتكزات كل منهما لبيان نقاط التلاقي والاختلاف من خلال اعتبار التهرب الضريبي أحد مظاهر الفساد لنصل في الأخير إلى أن مكافحة ظاهرة التهرب الضريبي ضرورة ملحة للحد من الفساد.
