ناقش المقال مضمون كتابي الثقلاء وفضل الكلاب على كثير ممن لبس الثياب. أوضح المقال أن هذين الكتابين من التراث العربي لابن المرزبان الديمرتي. تطرق المقال إلى أن كتاب الثقلاء فيه مئة وأربعة وخمسون خبراً لخلق سمج طبعهم حتى فارقهم جمال الحضور وخفة الظل. وأوضح أن كتاب فضل الكلاب على كثير ممن لبس الثياب يحمل في عنوانه طرافة تجذب إلى قراءته لانتفاء الخصال الإنسانية عند كثير من الناس حتى غدوا شوكاً لا ورق فيه بعدما كانوا ورقاً لا شوك فيه، وجاء مضمون الكتاب في أربعة وثمانون خبراً من منثور القول وشعره. واختتم المقال بالتأكيد على أدراج الكتابان في باب النقد الاجتماعي وفنون الرد والأجوبة المسكتة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022\"
