Overview
يعتبر الحق في الحصول على المعلومة، وبالتحديد التي تحتفظ بها الدولة، حقا أساسيا من حقوق الإنسان وجزء من الحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير.nوقد قام المغرب على غرار العديد من الدول التي تسير في نهج تعزيز الديمقراطية والحريات بتبني قوانين حرية المعلومات عبر الإسراع بإخراج القانون رقم 31.13 المتعلق بالحق في الحصول على المعلومات.nويأتي هذا التوجه العام انطلاقا من مبدأ أن توفر المعلومات ضروري للديمقراطية، فهذه الأخيرة من حيث الأساس تتعلق بقدرة الأفراد على المشاركة بشكل فاعل في عملية صناعة القرارات التي تؤثر بهم.
