تعالج هذه الدراسة الصياغات الدستورية لحقوق المواطنة في مصر، حيث تقارن بين حقوق المواطنة للمسيحيين وللأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في دستوري أعوام 1971 و2014. وترجع أهمية هذه الدراسة لإبراز مدى الاختلاف الذي حدث لحقوق المواطنة للمسيحيين وللأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في صياغات الدستور المصري الصادر عام 2014 عنه في صياغات الدستور الصادر في 1971.
