هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم أداء آليات تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائر - دراسة حالة ANGEM بسكرة ، من خلال تحليل إحصائيات الوكالة الجهوية لتسيير القرض المصغر خلال الفترة (2005- 2017) كأحد آليات التمويل في ولاية بسكرة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن ANGEM تعتبر من أهم آليات تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر بصفة عامة وبسكرة بصفة خاصة، حيث بلغ عدد القروض الممنوحة للمقترضين 16720 قرض واستحدث حوالي 25080 منصب شغل خلال الفترة المدروسة.
