Overview
The mortgage law was enacted in 2001, and is considered to be one of the financial and economic solutions. It has been applied in many countries of the world, including Arab countries, and has succeeded and achieved good results, sometimes, by government intervention, other times by enlightened economic thought intervention and sometimes without intervention, especially in societies with long economic experience and financial institutions.
