Overview
Rapid and successive technological developments in the environinent of organizations in general, and service organizations in particular, has led to the need for method of pursuing these developments and try to maintain competitive advantage to keep up with the intense competition between organizations. This research focuses on the area of higher education as it had many political, economic, social and cultural goals integrated together for the success of the overall national planning. This study aims to identify the degree of attention to the level of educational service at private university and how to improve this service: 1. Putting forth several proposals to improve the quality of educational service based on the views of the teaching staff members and the students by means of course material and (utilities). 2. To find ways to address the impediments to improve the quality of private higher education.
