Overview
إن الهويات الفرعية بإمكانها تقويض عمليات الاتصال والتواصل بين أفراد الثقافة الواحدة، إذا ما لم تكن هناك معالجات وخطط استراتيجية ذو أمد قصير وبعيد، إذ تعد عملية الاتصال بمثابة الرافد الوحيد لقيام ولاء وانتماء واحد ألا وهو الولاء للوطن. وتخشى بعض الدول من تفاقم الهويات الفرعية على حساب الهوية الوطنية إذ تعاني مجتمعات أوروبا بعد ظهور داعش كمحتل في الشرق الأوسط، ليتم ربط كل ذلك مع العراق بشكل أكثر تحديدا، مستذكرين حقبا سابقة، كانت لها الأثر في نشأة الفجوة الثقافية داخل المجتمع العراقي، فيما لم يتم إهمال الوضع الحالي الذي تردى فيه أداء القطاع الحكومي بشكل كبير، إلى حد وصل فيه الإنسان العراقي فاقدا للثقة بمرؤوسيه، ما أحدث خللا في عملية الاتصال والتواصل.
