تناولت هذه الدراسة قيمة الإنسانية باعتبارها قيمة حضارية للمجتمع المسلم وقد خلصت إلى عدة أمور؛ منها: - أن الإسلام كرم الإنسان باعتباره إنسانا من بني آدم بغض النظر عن لونه وجنسه ومعتقده. - أن الإسلام كرم الإنسان حيا وميتا. - جعل الله- تعالى- آدم وذريته من بعده خلفاء على وجه الأرض يخلف بعضهم بعضا لنشر الخير والصلاح وتطبيق منهج الله- سبحانه- في العالمين. - جعل الإسلام قيمة الإنسانية محور مقاصد الشريعة؛ فحفظ للإنسان الدين، والنفس، والعقل، والعرض، والمال. - شرع الإسلام تدابير وقائية محافظة على قيمة الإنسانية. - كما شرع أيضا تدابير عقابية محافظة على قيمة الإنسانية.
