Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مدى مساهمة دراسة الجدوى في ترشيد قرارات الاستثمار والتمويل، والوقوف على واقع إعداد وتطبيق دراسة الجدوى على مستوى الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتشغيل الشباب (ansej)، من خلال تحليل دراسة جدوى لأحد المشاريع الصناعية التي قامت الوكالة بتمويله بعد دراسة جدواه. وفي الأخير محاولة استنتاج نقائص إعداد دراسة الجدوى على مستوى الوكالة-إن وجدت-وذلك لتقديم بعض النصائح والاقتراحات -إن أمكن -فيما يخص إعداد هذه الدراسة وتقييم تلك المشروعات المقترحة، وبما يضمن ترشيد القرار الاستثماري والتمويلي بالوكالة.
