Overview
The study aimed to study the impact of dimensions of International labor standards on Organizational Cynicism Behaviors in organizations .The study was conducted on a sample of (326) individual in main branches of the Telecom Egypt company, which are the Smart Village, Ramses, Nasr City, Maadi.. The study found that: the dimensions of international labor standards do not significantly affect the cognitive dimension of organizational cynicism .As the cognitive dimension of organizational is adversely affected by two dimensions of international labor standards, while this cognitive dimension is not morally affected by the other three dimensions. -The dimensions of international labor standards do not significantly affect the emotional dimension of organizational Cynicism, as the emotional dimension of organizational Cynicism is adversely affected by two dimensions of international labor standards. While this is not affected morally by the other three dimensions. The dimensions of international labor standards do not significantly affect the behavioral dimension of organizational. Cynicism As the behavioral dimension of organizational Cynicism is adversely affected by two dimensions of international labor standards..
