هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مفهوم القلق التنافسي وعلاقته بمستوى الابتكار في قطاعات المجتمع المدني السوري، وقدمت الدراسة استبيان يحتوي على عدد من الأسئلة لمعرفة آراء العاملين في هذه القطاعات عن موضوع البحث، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة مباشرة بين مستوى الابتكار ومفهوم القلق التنافسي، ودفع القلق التنافسي القطاعات لاتخاذ استراتيجيات جديدة في العمل والاهتمام بمستوى الابتكار فيها من أجل تحويل القلق التنافسي إلى قوة لصالح المنظمة.
