Overview
إن للأسرة في الإسلام وظيفة مقدسة ورسالة سامية في المجتمع والحياة؛ لذلك توالت عليها ضربات الأعداء وأصحاب الملة العوجاء في الداخل والخارج، لهدم صرحها، ونخر كيانها، ونقض أسسها ودعائمها. وللأسرة دور هام تمارسه على مستوى الفرد وعلى مستوى المجتمع، ولهذا سعت كل القوانين الوضعية والشرائع السماوية إلى العمل على الحفاظ على هذا الإرث الإنساني العظيم. ونسعى في هذه الدراسة الإجابة على سؤال عام مفاده ف فيما تتمثل مكانة الأسرة في الإسلام والقانون الجزائري؟.
