Overview
بما أن الثقافة الجزائرية كثيرة التنوع، لذلك نتج عنها إثراء الموجود الثقافي الوطني مما طرح مسألة حمايته، حيث وضعت السلطات العمومية عدة تدابير كإحداث تدابير تشريعية ترمي إلى تعريف التراث الثقافي للأمة بوضع تسهيلات جبائية مدعمة للأنشطة الثقافية، وعليه نهدف في هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مختلف التحفيزات الضريبية الممنوحة للقطاع الثقافي في الجزائر، وقد توصلنا إلى أن قطاع الثقافة هو قطاع واعد لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة في الجزائر.
