تهدف هذه الدارسة إلى إبراز دور جمعية الكشافة الإسلامية الجزائرية في تفعيل خدمة المجتمع وتربية النشء في ضوء مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية، باعتبارها (الحركة الكشفية) إحدى مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية غير مدرجة في مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية وأين ينبغي أن يقوم القادة الكشفيون بالفعل الاجتماعي التطوعي بكل حرية وإرادة وكل الجهود التي يبذلونها منبثقة من وعيهم الاجتماعي، كما تهدف إلى التعرف على الفجوة الموجودة بين ما هو واقع ومعاش وبين ما هو منشود من طرف المنظمات غير الحكومية لتنمية المجتمع ضمن البحث عن الاستراتيجية الكشفية التي تحدد فرص يمكن استثمارها لتحقيق النمو باتجاه غلق الفجوة أو تقليصها.
