Overview
من المنطق أن النصوص الدستورية في النصوص الدستورية في نهاية هي عبارة عن نصوص قانونية، لذا وحتى تساير تلك النصوص المتغيرات والتطورات وحاجات الأفراد المتزايدة فإنها لابد من أم تكون قابلة للتعديل وفقا لما تقرره تلك النصوص، ولكن مع ذلك توجد نصوص قد تمثل قيدا على السلطة المختصة بالتعديل بعضها لمدة من الزمن مكونة ما يعرف بــــ (الحظر الزمني للتعديل) والأخرى لموضوعها لا تقبل التعديل لتعلقها بالمجتمع وما يسوده من مبادئ وقيم وأمور جوهرية لا تقبل المساس بها مكونة عند ذلك ما يعرف بـــــ (الحظر الموضوعي للتعديل).
