يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على سحب الاعتماد بصورتيه، الكلي، والجزئي، والذي يعد إحدى الإجراءات القانونية التي يكتنفها بعض الغموض، إذ نص عليه المشرع الجزائري، وتخضع له شركات التأمين في حالات محددة، أين يتم هذا السحب بموجب قرار يصدر عن الوزير المكلف بالمالية، فيؤدي إما إلى تقليص نطاق نشاطها، أو توقفها نهائيا، وللتعريف به اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي للنصوص القانونية التي تطرقت إليه، حيث يترتب عنه آثار عدة، بعضها تجاه العملاء المؤمن لهم والمضرورين من أفعالهم في التأمين من المسؤولية، والمستفيدين من عقود التأمين، والبعض الآخر تجاه مستخدميها ووسطائها، أو تجاه شركات تأمين أخرى، أو تجاه عدة هيئات ومؤسسات عمومية.
