يهدف هذه البحث إلى الإجابة عن مجموعة من التساؤلات حول جمع المال بالإعاقة الجسدية، واتخاذها وسيلة للتكسب، والمسابقات التي تجريها الدولة للمعاقين جسدياً، وتخصيص أحد الأولاد المعاقين جسدياً بعطية، أو عناية زائدة، وإنفاق الدولة على المعاقين جسدياً وتخصيصهم بالعطايا، ووضع غرامات مالية على الجهات المخالفة لتهيئة المنشآت إلى غير ذلك مما هو مضمن في هذا البحث. وقد اتبعت في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي بتتبع أقوال العلماء وأدلتهم.
