Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار الفائدة الرئيسية من استخدام البيانات الطولية في زيادة الدقة في التنبؤ من خلال زيادة عدد المشاهدات عن طريق ربط عدد المشاهدات المقطعية بعدد الفترات الزمنية. وقد تم تطبيق نماذج البانل الثلاثة: النموذج التجميعي ونموذج التأثيرات الثابتة ونموذج التأثيرات العشوائية على بيانات جداول الحياة والوفاة الأمريكية في الفترة من ٢٠٠٦ إلى ٢٠١٥ لتقدير معدلات الحياة، ثم تمت المقارنة بين النماذج الثلاثة باستخدام اختبار مضاعف لاجرانج Breusch-Pagan LM Lagrange واختبار هوسمان Hausman.
